Frequently Asked Questions

 

What are the dates of the festival?

Bonfire in the Mud will take place November 6-7, 2020. Early entry (included in Full Weekend and Friday only passes) begins at 6pm November 5. The park remains open for riding until 6pm on November 8.

 

Where is the festival located?

The festival takes place at South Fork Park in Taylorville, IL. Venue address is 794 IL 104, Taylorville, IL

 

How much are tickets?

Full weekend passes start at $100

Friday Only and Saturday Only passes start at $60

***Each person attending Bonfire in the Mud needs a festival pass

***Festival passes include off road riding, camping, and live entertainment

***Due to limited capacity to allow social distancing, everyone is same price, kids included.

When do I have access to the park? 

Full Weekend passes have park access from 6pm Thursday 11/5 until 6pm Sunday 11/8

Friday Only passes have park access from 6pm Thursday 11/5 until 30 minutes after the Aaron Lewis show ends (no camping Friday)

Saturday Only passes have park access from 10am Saturday 11/7 until 6pm Sunday 11/8

What off-road vehicles are allowed?

Bonfire in the Mud is not an open “MUD EVENT”. NO MUD TRUCKS OR JEEPS. ATVs, SXSs, and Dirt Bikes/Motorcross ONLY. There is no single day riding during Bonfire in the Mud. All riders must sign the South Fork waiver upon check in. Trails close when stage entertainment begins. Absolutely no riding after 11pm!

What are the camping options?

Passes include all camping, tent or primitive RV. Spots are first come, first serve. Limited reserved spots are available by calling South Fork at 217.237.4752

*Small generators ARE allowed at campsites. 

*Small campfires ARE allowed at campsites.

 

Are ticket prices the same for children?

Yes. Everyone attending will need a pass. 

Can we get meet and greets?

We will not be selling meet and greets. Keep an eye on our socials for updates on contest giveaways for meet and greets, should they become available.

 

Can we bring our own food and drinks?

Outside food and beverage is allowed. There will be limited food trucks on site, but no on site bar service. BYOB! Persons under the age of 21 are not allowed to be in possession of or consume alcoholic beverages.

NO GLASS BOTTLES ALLOWED ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY!

 

What is prohibited at Bonfire in the Mud?

Firearms, fireworks, and glass containers of any kind are NOT ALLOWED ANYWHERE on the South Fork property.

 

Additionally, the following policies will be in place INSIDE THE CONCERT VENUE:

·      To ensure a safe concert environment, all guests are subject to search upon entering the Bonfire in the Mud Concert Venue.

-       No Weapons of any kind (this includes pocket knives. Leave them in your vehicle or at your campsite! They will be confiscated at the Concert Venue entrance)

-       No Oversized bags

-       No Laser pointers, noisemakers

-       No Flags/banners that are on a pole of any kind

-       No Professional cameras (no detachable lens)

-       No Professional audio or video equipment, including tripods
